We have just completed on the sale of our property in England with James & James. The entire process from marketing to after sale care was completed without the need for us to step foot in the UK. The management of the initial marketing, sales process and open house (which eventually yielded our buyer) was immaculate. The communications were constant and the updates were regular. Selling our property whilst living in Dubai was not the simplest process in the world, but made all that bit easier with James & James. The fact we managed to sell at 10% above asking price in today's market, I'm sure was down to the expertise of the guys who dealt with our property.
