From the initial phone call to completion this was a superb service. We were listened to and supported at every twist and turn. Jim bacon did the valuation and was spot on, explaining everything that would happen going forward and offering a few tips. The photos were superb which resulted in many viewing as soon as the property went live. Nick Smith then took over, he was always available for our queries and worries and remarkably remained positive and cheerful. This was so appreciated. He has a wealth of experience and we are so glad that we took his advice. Would highly recommend without a moments hesitation.
