Teams should be mixed-sex and include at least

-          One male player

-          One female player

-          One over-50 player

Teams can consist of any number of players but only 9 can compete in each game

First match will commence at 10 am so teams should aim to arrive by 9:30 am

Completed application forms should be returned by the 10^th June please to Val Edwards, c/o Goring Cricket and Football Club, Fernhurst Drive, Goring-by-Sea, BN12 5AR with the name (printed) and signature alongside on the reverse of the form for each player for indemnity purposes as stated below.
