It is incredible to think that just over a year ago we were so convinced that Worthing was ready for a new approach to Estate Agency. We knew in our hearts that to offer flexible payments whilst building a company built on integrity, honesty and transparency had to be a success.

12 months on and the story so far has been a fairy tale.

We have exchanged contacts on hundreds of homes, let and managed many residential properties and launched our Commercial Department. From just Jim & James on day one, we are now a team of nine.  

Other outstanding achievements have been supporting local charities, something which is close to our hearts. We have donated to St Barnabas Hospice, Chestnut Tree House as well as donating two mountain bikes to Outrun Cancer.

We have had some fun along the way too. Spending time with Kirsty and Phil from Location Location Location will always go down in our history books.

None of these achievements would have been possible without your support and the hard work of our incredible team who we are eternally thankful for.
