We’re delighted to share that we agreed 27 sales, generating almost £7 million in property values. While viewing numbers were slightly lower compared to July, the strength and quality of buyer activity meant that new sales agreed have been particularly impressive.

On top of this, August also turned out to be one of our record-breaking months for exchanges, with nearly £9 million worth of property transactions completing.
