About the Role:
As our Sales Progressor, you’ll be the key link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers – ensuring a smooth journey from offer to completion. Your role will be to manage and progress a pipeline of sales, keeping all parties informed and supported at every step.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dedicated sales progression or post-sales role within residential estate agency
✔️ Strong understanding of the sales process, conveyancing procedures, and key milestones
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
✔️ Friendly, proactive, and professional with a customer-focused attitude
