The emergency numbers are only if you are renting a managed property through us. In the event the problem is not deemed an emergency or where the fault is as a result of damage or something that is not the responsibility of your landlord, you may incur a charge for any callout. Please note that these numbers are only to be used if you have a serious emergency that cannot wait until our offices are open.

REPORTING MAINTENANCE ISSUES & OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES
In the event that you need to report a maintenance issue during our opening hours, this can be done by either calling 01903 958770 (option 1 for lettings) or by emailing
You can also email non-urgent maintenance issues out of hours to this email address too. When emailing maintenance issues, supplying photos of the issue will speed up the process by allowing us to instruct the correct contractor for the job.
In the event of an emergency out of hours. Please call 07386 574372. This number also has Whatsapp facility for any photos of the issue. Please note, that this number is not operational during office opening hours and is for use for out of hours emergencies only. Any non-emergencies will be responded to during office hours.
Our office opening times are:-
Monday – Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm
Our offices are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
