Broadwater is centred on a large triangular grassy area known as Broadwater Green and lies to the north of Worthing town. There is a small cricket pavilion to the south side which is home to the Broadwater Cricket Club. A good choice of schools is available, and there are two colleges offering a wide range of full and part time courses.
Broadwater Road runs south from the South East corner of the Green. The area is now a thriving community in its own right with a good mix of properties and it’s own neighbourhood shopping area.
Broadwater borders Tarring to the west, Sompting to the east, and East Worthing to the south-east. Worthing train station is just over a mile away where you can access London Victoria within 1.5 hours.
